1. Authorized Drivers
Juliana Rental Vehicles may only be driven by an authorized driver.
An authorized driver is the renter and any person who appears at the time of rental and signs the rental agreement.
All authorized drivers must meet the age requirement and hold a valid driver’s license.
2. Additional Authorized Drivers and Fees
All additional authorized drivers are required to qualify to drive the vehicle.
An additional cost applies for temporary driver’s licenses issued to foreign license holders:
- WST $21.00 for a 1-month temporary license
- WST $42.00 for a 2-month temporary license
3. Airport Delivery
We offer convenient airport delivery and drop-off for an additional fee.
Drop-Off:
When you arrive, one of our staff members will be waiting for you at the airport arrival area holding a sign that reads “JULIANA RENTAL.”
Please note our staff may not recognize you, so kindly introduce yourself upon meeting. They will then escort you to the car park where your vehicle is located and explain the rental process.
Pick-Up (Vehicle Return):
For vehicle returns, one of our staff members will meet you at the airport to conduct a brief inspection of the car before departure.
4. Delays or Emergencies
If you are running late or experience an emergency, please contact us immediately using the phone numbers provided in your booking confirmation to make alternative arrangements.
5. Insurance Protection Plans
If the vehicle is involved in an accident or theft, the renter is responsible for paying an excess fee of WST $1,000.00 toward the cost of any damages.
To reduce this liability, Juliana Rental offers the following optional protection plans:
- BASIC PROTECTION INSURANCE
WST $20 per day, reduces excess to WST$2,000.00
- MEDIUM PROTECTION INSURANCE
WST $50 per day, reduces excess to WST$1,000.00
